MAJOR MWAWA
Architect
A young talented and qualified architect. He prepares drawings, specifications and construction documents. He designs and document residential and commercial building projects. He is a lecturer at the Malawi Polytechnic.
GLAYAN CHIUMIA
Construction Manager
With the assistant of our Architect, Glayan heads our property development department. He is responsible for reviewing architectural plans, preparing bills of quantities, Preparing contracts and other documents, preparing budgets for payments and inventory needs, planning and supervising property development works and many more. He is a graduate member of Surveyors Institute of Malawi and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Malawi.
VICTOR MAKINA
Operations Manager
Victor is a passionate real estate professional with over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry across investment appraisal, valuation, facilities management and market research. He has worked with several organization as a property manager including Broll Malawi Ltd, College of Medicine and Mangochi District Council. He is a graduate member of Surveyors Institute of Malawi, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land economy from the University of Malawi.

Mr. PETER CHIKWENI
Property Manager and Valuer
Mr. P. Chikweni is a registered property valuation surveyor. He has more than 10 years of experience in property management and Valuation. He has worked for National Bank of Malawi and the Ministry of Lands as a Property Officer and Valuation Officer respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Estate Management and a Project Management Diploma from Mzuzu University.
IMRAN SAJIDU
Finance and Administration Manager
Imran holds a Business Management degree from the University of Malawi. He has 5 years of experience in finance and administration capacity. He has worked with several organizations in Malawi including FDH Bank. He is self driven, very energetic with great leadership and interpersonal skills.
